So you're going to have to get a custom one made, buy a custom one pre made (only seen one and it was stupid expensive), or do what I've seen others do and bang the 4 port exhaust header with a mallet to make it fit / clear the firewall. The 2014-2015 civic does have a TPMS system but it does NOT have a physical sensor in the wheels. This is called an indirect TPMS. The tire pressures are monitored via the wheel speeds and rotational radius. When tires are replaced, the tpms should be recalibrated.
