Harold was born October 22, 1929 in Paradise, Texas to Archie and Onieda Cobb. He married Jo Ann Shields on September 19, 1952 in Borger, Texas. He was a pipefitter for the Phillips Copolymer plant where he retired when the plant shut down in 1986.
