After several reprogramming attempts and software upgrades, wiring harness cleanings, ground wire checks, 2 new radios and one new touch screen, it wasn't actually either, It was called a Low voltage cable.2003 Silverado Radio No Sound. So on mine you would have it on radio, and all the other screens would show up on it. I took it they updated it and all is good now.
