Always thought those estimations about primal drop rate was crazily off. As far as I understand it is: A legendary has a 10% chance to be ancient. If it rolls that 10% for ancient „state“, it has another 10% chance at rolling to a primal item. Making it overall a 1% chance to get a primal. Why would you reroll a primal anyway? It cannot be any better.
