Fios power outage
So on Wednesday, we had a power outage from a storm, and once we got power back none of my Fios services were online. I’ve tried rebooting the router, cycling power to the ONT, and nothing connects. Verizon says they’re not seeing power to the ONT, and can’t send a tech out til Tuesday. The only light lit up on the ONT is the PWR light.

I recently had a power outage and my speeds have tanked. I am using the fios quantum router. The speeds on my 2.4 GHZ WiFi is barely reaching 1 mbps. My 5 ghz is reaching around 150. Most of my devices use 2.4 GHZ though due to better signal. We have FIOS Gigabit. I have not reset the router yet but if that doesn’t work.
