Gmc acadia shakes when accelerating

At 1000 rpm, whether in park, drive, neutral, accelerating, or decelerating, there is a growling/reverberation that sounds like its coming from the engine. It's like the sound a steering pump makes when low on fluid. This started after I had a cooling system inspection and flush, condenser cleaning, fuel system service, and power steering flush.

If it was power steering, most likely the noise would be more noticeable during a very low speed turn. I totally agree with this as my steering had a whine noise when turning and the rack had to be replaced.
