There is no guidance in the manual, unless I missed it. The call button has always worked the same in every vehicle I've driven, from rentals to my most recent 2018 Colorado. When I press the call button, circled in the picture, absolutely nothing happens. This button is what I used to use to initiate a hands free call.Screen flipping, stations self-changing, volume self-changing and yes, radio unit staying on when door is opened. To date the dealer has swapped out the radio twice. No changes. This past week they installed a replacement harness (p/n 84570885). Except on mine it overlayed all the screens on to one screen. So on mine you would have it on radio, and all the other screens would show up on it. I took it they updated it and all is good now.
