I have about 20 - 30 mods but hundreds of cc. Cc I organize my folders by type (i.e. tops, bottoms, hair, body, etc.) and then if I have several by a specific modder, I add another folder by the modder's name. Most of my package files are no more than 2 folders deep. I do not separate script files from their corresponding package files.
