Looks like they count Eleonora's Poleblade as an S-tier arcane weapon... and I honestly don't see why. It felt pretty underwhelming due to its low damage output and blood buildup(it has like 57 buildup on +6 while godskin poleblade+7 is 87). Its weapon art is decent and good at staggering but too slow IMO. I'm 40 Dex and 27 Arcane now.

The arcane scaling on it is currently broken so its not doing the intended damage, that being said it is a pretty fun weapon and the bleed procs can still carry it damage wise.
