5 posts · Joined 2014. #1 · Oct 7, 2014. Hey guys, I have a 2009 Patriot with what has become a relatively significant problem and curious if anybody may have an idea what is going on. It is stuck in 4WD and won't come out. It started out intermittent, where it would switch to 4WD for a few days then come out, but it now seems permanent.

Brought it to the dealer who changed the speed sensor on the rear left wheel. Cost: $128. It cured the problem for 6 months, and then same problem resurfaced.Wheel speed sensor is the most common part failure resulting in these lights all turning on at the same time.
