Kohler engine surging at idle

Im having the exact same issue and need some advice on next steps. What I've done so far is as follows: 1. Replaced all fuel lines with new lines and new hose clamps. 2. Replaced the fuel filter with a new one. 3. Replaced the accelerator pump diaphram with a new one. 4. replaced the fuel pump with a new one.
