2021 from NEW gmc elevation with the 3.0 duramax diesel ten speed trans: def alarm low...over half full indicated on guage, I topped off the tank in less than two quarts of def, it remained warning x number of miles then max speed is 65 then 55 then 45 etc etc etc after 103 miles the "alarm" and restrictions reset but check engine light ...And of course you have three sensors in the tank that can fail or send faulty readings. Both of these lights are most likely related here to the def issue.If the def fluid is full I suspect a fault with the level sensor in the def tank as it can fail and cause this issue here needing replaced.I would have this tested further to be sure.
