Madden starters not playing in playoffs

Worked really hard to get abunch of good young players, and after many years of mediocre seasons I finally have a team that can compete for the superbowl, and as soon as I get to the playoffs, all my starters play 1 play and then immediately get subbed out for the entire game except for my QB for some reason.

Im sure this has been asked before but I cant find an answer. Starting about week 12, 13 or so all my starting WRs and RB's sit on the bench, maybe play 1-2 plays total. I havnt changed any settings or anything, they just straight up dont play anymore. They are listed correctly on the depth chart. Any advice would be great. Playing as the raiders and josh jacobs will randomly get taken out and never put back in. Not injured, starting in all hb positions (including pwhb and 3dhb) and just gets subbed out randomly never to be replaced.
