My tinnitus went away after 3 months

The field of physiotherapy that deals with tinnitus and other ailments related to the head and neck area (maxillofacial therapy I believe it's called in english) is very new and there are very few professionals that i know of that specialize in it. They deal with tinnitus as well with face paralysis, orthognathic surgery recovery etc.
