zzenigmaxzz 13 years ago #8. there is a new vegas clinic east of the crimson caravan and slightly northeast of gun runners. their is 1 implant for each SPECIAL and also 2 more, 1 gives a constant regen and the other increase your DT. the SPECIAL ones are 4k and the other are 12 and 8k respectively.
