For Context, I have an Oculus Quest 1. I receive a glitch that says Tracking Lost. It makes me draw a whole new boundary which makes it hard for me to play games that are live / has lots of action. My lights are very good and I have tried natural light and artificial light, and nothing changes. Only seems to happen in Oculus Home and in SteamVR games. The same SteamVR games work flawlessly without tearing with Virtual Desktop, so I know it's Link that is causing it.
