Chewing a few leaves (a threshold dose) while on a threshold dose of psychedelics (just enough for a change in headspace, no visuals) was very sereen for me. The salvia takes away any anxiety from the psychedelics and makes it a bit more positive and meditative. The key to all of these ways of using salvia is to stick to very low doses.
