Its just a reskinned bound dagger so far... I wanted to limit my character to bound weapons, since they are weak but sneak+illusion= OP to Oblivion and back... It would be a nice way to keep some balance late game... I wish Beth would fix this damn bound dagger glitches in the 1.9 patch...Guess im out of luck :
