Skyrim crash on startup

If anyone runs into this problem: you need to start Skyrim SE through the normal way first, if you don't do that, SKSE won't work and your game will crash right after launching. So, if you have re-installed Skyrim, you should start that game once and after that you can run it through SKSE.

I've had a long break from Skyrim and when i tried to get the game running it crashed after i pressed the "start" button. STEAM updated before i tried to start up Skyrim. I also upgraded my AMD Radeon to the 16.2 version (Crimson Edition), but I have no idea if that could have something to do with it.
