07 5.4L F150 Lariet quad cab cranks but wont run. ..had a "mechanic come to look at truck today, not real familiar with the 5.4L. After talking to more knowledgeable mechanic friends, told him that since the "low oil pressure" warning came on just before it died, that the motor was toast, dead, fried, down for the count, over!
